With only 62 days left till ‘Glee’ returns, we are getting more scoop on whats to come!!

Via EW.com we have learned that SNL Alum Molly Shannon has snagged herself a recurring role Brenda Castle.

According to the scoop “… is the new astronomy teacher and badminton coach at McKinley High School who is both an alcoholic and a pill-popper.”

Also, she is out for Jane Lynch’s ‘Sue Sylvester’!!

So the second half of Season 1 is shaping up to be a Show Stopper!!

If you missed last nights 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother, well you missed a lot.

Like seeing the foot of the “Mother”, which didn’t turn out to be Rachel Bilson.

Tim Gunn’s marvelous cameo “I’m sorry I just couldn’t make it work” was classic.

But the best part..the song & dance number “Nothing Suits Me Like a Suit’ sung by none other then the awesome Neil Patrick Harris.

Joining the long list of high powered ‘Glee’ guest stars, Olivia Newton John has signed on to guest star when the hit Fox show returns in April 2010.

Newton John will be singing a duet with none other then ‘Glee’ vilian Jane Lynch’s Sue Sylvester.

What song will they be rocking out to…why none other the “Let’s Get Physical”.

This along with news that ‘Glee’ was picked for a second season makes me so want to do a happy dance!!!

Fox announced today that it has given ‘Glee’ an early green light on season 2!!

They will also be holding OPEN auditions for 3 new roles for next season.

“Auditions will be open to amateur individuals as well as professionals between the ages of 16-26, and all hopefuls will be able to submit auditions online. Additional details will be announced soon [via] fox.com/glee.”

‘Glee’ returns with all new episodes on April 13th!!
